One cruel night, Meggie's father, Mo, reads aloud from INKHEART, and an evil ruler named Capricorn escapes the boundaries of fiction, landing instead in their living room. Suddenly, Meggie's in the middle of the kind of adventure she thought only took place in fairy tales. Somehow she must master the magic that has conjured up this nightmare. Can she change the course of the story that has changed her life forever

Çok farklı bir dünya ve aslında okurların ve yazarların her zaman merak ettiği şeyi gerçek kılıyor. Çok gerçekçi, güzel bir şekilde anlatılmış olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Quotes

I shall go to bed with a book at nine-thirty as usual and put the alarm on first, but when Meggie tells me she’s going out for this private performance I’ll switch it off again for an hour. Will that be time enough?’

Compared to the movies, Aunt Elinor is nicer here in the books. She's strict because she loves her collection of books and would protect it since she paid a lot for it (and she loves books period). But being strict does nit mean she is mean to Meggie or even Dustfinger despite the way she talks. The way she acts is not so constricting and menacing. Even here, she allows Meg to do what she wants but within reason.
