    With this kind of mindset, they will always feel threatened by others because they believe their entire personality is at stake. In order for everything to be running accordingly, they seek approval to protect their egos and they need a confirmation for their greatness.

    As a conclusion, I don’t want to tell you what direction you should be following. Everyone is different and that’s good. You just need to take a look in the mirror and acknowledge your Self. You will be aware then of what you need to push in order to move forward with your life.

    For instance, it might happen to you to break a glass as an accident. A fixed-minded will think immediately that he is clumsy and that would be a mental punishment aggravating his state of mind. Conscious people such as growth-minded ones will first think that such an accident could happen to anyone; they will clean everything up and will learn to be more careful in the future. Do you see how clearly the difference between these two forms of mindset is?
