Robert Icke

Robert Icke is a writer and director. He is currently Associate Director of the Almeida, where his work has included directing The Fever and Mr Burns, and adapting and directing 1984 (with Duncan Macmillan), which has toured the UK and the world, played two seasons in the West End, won Best Director at the UK Theatre Awards and been nominated for an Olivier for Best New Play. He was previously Associate Director of Headlong.
