The mile itself was cool. Heck, it was effin' awesome. But one of the biggest highlights for me last week was the immense amount of love I felt from friends, family, and this community combined. In today's installment of 5-MINUTE FRIDAY, I'm talking about how I've learned to implement gratitude and leave behind expectation (tough!), and how this practice has made a dramatic impact on how I feel in my day-to-day.
