Kathryn Starke is an urban literacy specialist, author, educational publisher, reading consultant, and keynote speaker. She graduated from Longwood College with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and from Longwood University with a master's degree in Literacy and Culture. She is the founder and CEO of Creative Minds Publications, LLC, a global literacy based educational company.
